Having ‘lost’ how to speak through repeated bouts of laryngitis my confidence in performing simple normal daily activities had plummeted to zero in both my personal and professional life.  I was fortunate to be referred to Heather by my ENT specialist.  I found Heather to be very perceptive and she explained everything that was happening to my vocal chords in such an easy and visual way to understand.  During the sessions she gave me ‘tools’ that not only enabled me to regain a normal use of the vocal chords but have also equipped me to prevent such a loss of voice in future.  I now recognise how to prevent habits forming should I experience further bouts of laryngitis, and in addition my 17 month old son loves the ‘whoop and booms’.
